Is your kid a lover of all things whales and dolphins? Looking for an educational, interactive weekend activity that supports conservation? Look no further! Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network (TMMSN) is now offering Dolphin Conservation Workshops on select dates at our Rehabilitation and Research Center in Galveston, TX! These workshops are only offered on selected dates each year and advanced paid registration is required to attend.

Note: Registration will become available one month prior to each session. Each time slot caters to a specific age bracket, be sure to select the appropriate day/time for your group and provide a valid email address so that we may contact you for payment to finalize the registration.

Levels for each date:

• Grades K-5 (9:00 -11:30 AM)

• Grades 6-12 (12:30-3:00 PM)

Workshop Length: 2.5 hours

Workshop Cost: $35/participant; $10/adult chaperone.

Workshop Includes:

• Presentation on marine mammals and TMMSN

• Guided tour of TMMSN Rehabilitation & Research Center

• Mock Dolphin Rescue Activity, + 2 additional presentations based on age group.

  *All minors must be accompanied by adult supervision.
