October 2, 2026: Stranding Technician(Galveston, TX): Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network (TMMSN) is seeking a part-time, seasonal Stranding Technician to help respond to marine mammal strandings during the stranding season. The technician will help with field response, data and sample collection, and necropsies, with occasional live animal care as cases come in. This position is based out of our Rehabilitation and Research Center in Galveston and runs through May 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension based on funding.
